Yurts are unique in how quickly they can be erected! You can be in comfort in your yurt in a matter of weeks! We make yurt frames ahead, so we can generally deliver within ten weeks once fabric colours, window and door placement are established.
Our yurts are the only produced in New Zealand with a 2m wall height. This feature provides several benefits that make our yurts stand out. The increased wall height allows for more headroom and a greater sense of spaciousness inside the yurt, which is especially important if you plan to use your yurt as a living space or for hosting events. The 2m wall height also allows more natural light to enter the yurt, creating a brighter and more inviting atmosphere.
Standard sizes range are:
6m diameter 28.27 sqm
7m diameter 38.46 sqm
8m diameter 50.26 sqm
9m diameter 63.61 sqm
larger sizes can be organised.
Our yurt comes as a package that includes all components from the ground or floor up. PVC canvas roof membrane, fully treated canvas wall outers with windows, and a complete frame kit, including a timber door.
Yurts can have multiple doors, and French doors are an option.
Add an insulation and lining package to this and put it on various floor options. You have a warm, dry, beautiful dwelling.

The process
At Yurts for You, we are not just selling yurts. We are helping you to create your dream living space. That's why we offer a personalized and comprehensive service covering every process step, from planning to installation.
First, we help you explore your needs and preferences and help you find what options are best for your specific site location. We can consider your site's climate, terrain, access, utilities and regulations and advise you on the best way to prepare it for your yurt.
Next, we help you to pick the right size yurt for your purpose and budget. We explain the different options and features we offer, such as windows, doors, insulation, flooring, skylights and more. We also show you examples of our previous projects and customers' feedback so you can get inspired and confident about your choice.
Once you have decided, we put it all on paper and agree to start the build. We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your order; the balance is due upon completion. Our production lead time is about ten weeks, depending on the availability of materials and the complexity of your yurt.
During the production phase, we keep you updated on the progress of your yurt, and we are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We also arrange a suitable date and time for the delivery and installation of your yurt.
Finally, we deliver and install your yurt on your site, ensuring everything is done correctly and safely. We also provide a clear instruction manual and a warranty certificate for your yurt. We guarantee you are happy and satisfied with your yurt, and we welcome any feedback or suggestions you may have.
